Luggage Policy

Standard luggage allowance included:

Excess luggage may require larger vehicle upgrade. Sports equipment (skiing, golf) must be declared when booking.

Flight Delays

We monitor all flights and adjust for delays automatically at no extra charge. For significant delays over 3 hours, we'll contact you to confirm if you still require the transfer.

Lost Property

We're not responsible for items left in vehicles. Contact us within 48 hours if you left something — we'll try to locate and return it. Unclaimed items donated after 14 days.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the transfer cost. We're not liable for consequences of flight cancellations/delays beyond our control, missed connections due to traffic/road conditions, or personal belongings left in vehicles.

Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of transfer in writing to [email protected]. We'll respond within 14 days. These terms governed by Greek law — disputes subject to Greek courts.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond control: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or other force majeure events.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (100% refund). 12-24 hours notice = 50% refund. Less than 12 hours = no refund. Contact us as early as possible for any changes.

How do I pay for my transfer?

20% deposit secures your booking via Stripe/PayPal. Balance paid to driver in cash (EUR) or remaining card charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights and adjust automatically at no extra charge. For delays over 3 hours, we'll confirm you still need the transfer. No cancellation fees for significant flight delays.

Is smoking allowed in vehicles?

No, smoking is prohibited in all vehicles including e-cigarettes. Driver may terminate journey for non-compliance without refund. Comfort stops available on request.

What if I leave something in the vehicle?
